Our Jiu Jitsu Classes

Gi Jiu Jitsu consists of Jiu Jitsu grappling utilizing grips with the gi/kimono uniform. In a competition setting, you are allowed to grip almost any part of the uniform to gain a significant advantage in a match.

Gi Jiu Jitsu is a great way to get in shape and learn self-defense. If you have an itch for competing as well, Gi Jiu Jitsu is a great sport to compete in.

We offer both Fundamental and Advanced Gi Jiu Jitsu classes.

No-Gi Jiu Jitsu consists of Jiu Jitsu grappling usually with something called a rash guard. In this style of Jiu Jitsu, you are not allowed to grip any part of the clothes.

No-Gi Jiu Jitsu is excellent for learning self-defense as well as getting in shape. Additionally, it's great if you have a knack for competition and want to compete in No-Gi Jiu Jitsu. Many techniques from No-Gi also carry over to Mixed Martial Arts.

We offer both Fundamental and Advanced No-Gi Jiu Jitsu classes.
